Had my first experience here today and loved everything about the place! Our waitress, Addie Z., was the best server I've ever had. She was fun, attentive, and helped me decide on my lunch. Lunch was AMAZING! I cannot wait to go again!!!
Absolutely best burger I've had in Weirton. Service was amazing. Food was even better. Had the baklava cheesecake. All I can say is amazing.
The one time I visited, the food was definitely not the quality that I was hoping it would be. My pasta dish had clearly come out of a refrigerator or a freezer. Parts of it were warm. Parts of it were cooler than room temperature. None of the ingredients in the entree or dessert tasted fresh. The only thing that tasted fresh was the salad...but even the dressing didn't taste very fresh.
I will continue to be a regular
HOWEVER, I am very impressed with the new sound panels. The effort alone shows they care about what their customers say.
The restaurant's setting is nice (clean, themed fairly well, indoor and outdoor seating, etc.).
The staff was friendly, although they were a bit slow/bad at keeping my drinks refilled. I managed to eat between 1/2 and 3/4 of my entree before they got me the refill they said they were going to get me when they brought out my food.
The quality of product and service was need vet in question
I've always loved Yianni's. Until the new location. It was too loud.
Hopefully they can improve their ingredients and ways in which they prepare their food because I feel like most people who had my experience would have left a 1 star review. Fortunately, my restaurant experience isn't based 100% off the food or service though.
I called in an order which included soup, salad, and lamb chops. The bill totaled $62.74. Once I reached back to the hotel I noticed I did not receive any utensils and one item was missing. I called to inform the manager and her response was to offer me the missing item for free when I return. She did not apologize, and she did not offer a refund. We are visiting only for the day (for work), it's raining outside, my husband and an infant son are both ready to eat. Other than to demand a refund, I will not return and I do not recommend this location.
