I love Kroger's always find what I need very quickly very rare they don't have the item your looking for recommend them always.
It wasn't crude and all of the shelves where filled with cheap and affordable food.
I was at Kroger in Weirton on top of the hill and they didn't have any small shopping carts. They used to have them but now they don't. I am a little older now and the smaller shopping carts help me to go around the store easier. I think that's a good idea to help the older people walking around the store but they must not want you to shop there.
This small downtown Kroger store is a streamlined version of the new store a bit South of Weirton. The manager makes sure the store is always clean and well stocked for its limited space. The staff likes to help customers and from the manager on down will go above and beyond the norm to make the customer happy. While not open 24/7 this is a good place for a quick stop.
