Been relying on for special occasions for long time. Never ever disappointed!
The flowers were pretty, and the balloon was inflated. And that's great. BUT, Carolyn's Florist arranged the flowers in a clear glass cube, leaving the green floral oasis completely exposed. When the person receiving the flowers thanked me, but noted that she could see all the awkwardly cut oasis in the vase, I called Carolyn's. They offered to HAVE THE PERSON WHO RECEIVED THE FLOWERS BRING THEM TO THE SHOP; not to re-deliver a more attractive product, or to go back to the recipient's home and make a quick fix (like adding leaf to cover the oasis or switching the flowers to an opaque vase), or even offering a discount on a poorly executed arrangement (I've honestly never seen a florist use green oasis in a clear glass vase and not cover it up). I love to support local businesses, and that's exactly why I call Carolyn's directly rather than going through one of the floral delivery behemoths. But never again.
