Worst customer service ever. Scammed apparently because our cellphones we're wrong up wrong by the store manager and I keep Being ignored by the district manager about fixing it so I'm Just stuck paying over $100 more than what I was told my monthly bill would be. I would not recommend going or switching to sprint to anyone.
Best store ever!!! Kayla is the best!!! By far the best manager ever in that store. I've been a sprint customer for awhile and she is always the most helpful person. We love her.
Both Bobby and Meagan made a positive experience out of what seemed to be exhausting.
This is my third time at this location forthe same problem. The issue was with my phone and the insurance company sending wrong device...etc.
